Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to build and enhance automation for a critical mission planning system. The role requires on-site work at Scott AFB with potential hybrid remote options and focuses on secure, scalable automated delivery of infrastructure and applications.

You will implement IaC, develop CI/CD pipelines, and integrate security controls across environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with IaC and CI/CD automation.
• Cloud and containerization in AWS/Azure or GovCloud.
• Hands-on DevSecOps with automated security scanning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and extend IaC to support secure environments across dev, test, and prod.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments without service disruption.
• Integrate security controls and observability into build and deployment workflows.
• Automate security mitigations from DoD standards and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute IaC in response to business needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize builds, deployments, and processes via automation.
• Automate network configurations, security groups, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls.
