Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to analyze, design, implement, automate, and secure enterprise applications within the NIEHS environment.

You will bridge development, security, and operations to deliver reliable, scalable software. The role requires building CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform and Ansible, container platforms with Docker/Kubernetes/Rancher, and integrating security tools (Fortify, SCA, DAST, Tenable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments and with Git-based source control.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines supporting software development and deployment activities.
• Develop automated workflows for code integration, testing, security validation, packaging, release management, and deployment.
• Administer and support CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules, templates, and automation frameworks.
• Automate operational, administrative, and deployment processes.
• Support environment standardization and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
