Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the System Administration Support Team supporting the WPAFB customer. You will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, focusing on automation, security, and reliability of releases.

You will collaborate with system administrators, developers, platform engineers, and cybersecurity professionals to strengthen deployment efficiency and orchestrate secure software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance
• Security+ certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience developing and implementing security within CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD or similar tools
• Writing and managing pipeline configurations
• Automating build, test, and deployment workflows
• Developing security assessment automation tools to support DevOps practices
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
• Conducting security assessments and risk analysis on new and existing software
• Proficiency with scripting and automation such as Python, Bash, Go, or similar
• Implementing automated security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
• Securing CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains
• Assisting in developing security training and awareness for technical staff
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
