Our banking client is seeking a DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a DevSecOps / Platform Engineer, you will be part of the cloud platform operations supporting innovative AI and data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, hands-on technical expertise, and systems thinking, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: DevSecOps / Platform Engineer

Location: Irving, Texas (hybrid - open to Columbus (OH), Charlotte (NC), and Minneapolis (MN) as well)

Pay Range: 65-67/hr W2
(Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)

Duration: 12+ month contract role

What's Needed?

• The DevSecOps position is focused heavily on internal tools, utilities, infrastructure, and engineering productivity.
• Terraform is a key skill.
• Strong Kubernetes understanding is important, including the practical mechanics of provisioning and operating infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge is important.
• The person will help build extensions and additional automation on top of existing enterprise automation pipelines.
• This engineer will build additional utilities and automation that improve the team's quality of life, speed, and engineering effectiveness.
• The DevSecOps engineer is building enabling technology for the team's own engineers.
• AI fluency is an expectation for engineers who genuinely enjoy building. The desired engineer should be AI-native: comfortable using AI as an accelerator.
