Job summary

Vantor seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support on-prem and cloud infra for national security users. You will build automated pipelines, IaC scripts, and private cloud ops using OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, and other tools.

Role requires TS/SCI with CI poly eligibility, strong Linux background, and collaboration across distributed teams in a SCIF environment in Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with extensive technical support experience in DevSecOps environments.
• Active TS/SCI with CI poly required or willingness to obtain.
• Proven experience with open-source deployments and secure, compliant infrastructures.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and SCIF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain private cloud environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain automated infrastructure as code scripts (IaC) using Ansible/Chef or similar tools.
• Build and sustain automated DevSecOps pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab, SonarQube, and testing suites like Cucumber/JMeter/Cypress.
• Ensure compliance, perform patching, and coordinate accreditation tasks (ATO) for secure operations.
