Synergy is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to steer multiple technical initiatives in a DevSecOps context. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage staff support, and drive a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with Agile principles.

You will coordinate with DevSecOps teams, lead planning efforts, monitor budgets, and report progress to leadership. A strong technical background in Python/Java, cloud, and containers is preferred, along with exceptional communication and

Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leadership.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical initiatives with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex issues, drive timely resolution, and coordinate across diverse teams.
Prior development experience—preferably Python or Java—and familiarity with cloud and containerization technologies.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to guide release planning with DevSecOps teams and ensure deployment readiness.
Detail oriented with ability to balance near term tasks with long term goals.

Mansioni

Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent projects within a DevSecOps environment.
Develop and track project budgets and forecasts.
Create and maintain project management reports including status, risk, and health dashboards.
Create project plans with change, communication, acceptance, and release management components.
Collaborate with business development for estimation and planning of new proposals.
Present project status and outcomes to customers and leadership on a regular basis.
Implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with DevSecOps for deployment readiness and secure releases.
Support troubleshooting, release scheduling, and CI/CD processes.
Guide teams using containerized systems to ensure system readiness.
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams and ensure ceremonies.
Triages and resolves Kanban/Agile workflow issues by impact and priority.
