Job summary

Innovative Defense Technologies, LLC is seeking a mid-level DevSecOps Engineer to design and build secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple sites. You will architect reusable IaC modules, automate security controls, and strengthen the DSO platform within air-gapped environments to enable rapid, compliant software delivery.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, and the ability to travel up to 10%, with on-site work at Mount Laurel, NJ and other locations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional DevSecOps/DevOps experience with emphasis on automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) across software teams.
• Automate security controls (SAST, SCA, SBOM) within pipelines.
• Configure and secure the Software Factory (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Develop IaC blueprints with Ansible/OpenTofu for environments.
• Harden DSO platform deployments in air-gapped environments.
