Jobgether is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to head the platform engineering team and partner with client technology leadership to drive long-term improvements.

You will provide architectural guidance for platform modernization, implement shared CI/CD templates, Terraform modules, and strengthen cloud security while ensuring operational excellence.

• Lead the platform engineering team and collaborate with client technology leadership to define and deliver long-term improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to support platform modernization and operational excellence.

Cloud and Infrastructure:

• Design, implement, and maintain shared CI/CD pipeline templates with integrated quality and security gates.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate standardized environment provisioning.
• Identify and remediate configuration drift and manage legacy environment decommissioning.

Operational Excellence:

• Coordinate and execute production deployments, including database releases and post-deployment validation.
• Lead root-cause analysis of incidents and maintain operational runbooks.
• Strengthen cloud security, identity, and access management through secrets and key management.
