The Role

We are seeking a passionate and forward‑thinking DevOps / Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and operating modern, cloud‑based infrastructure while enabling seamless, scalable, and secure software delivery. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, driving automation, improving system reliability, and accelerating the end‑to‑end software lifecycle. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how we build, deploy, and operate high‑quality services at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure code deployments.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Operate and optimize production environments on AWS, maintaining high availability (99.999%) and system performance.
• Partner with engineering teams to eliminate manual processes, streamline workflows, and accelerate development velocity.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Datadog to ensure system health and performance.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including automated security testing, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
• Develop and support real‑time, event‑driven solutions that power scalable and resilient applications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related roles, and at least 2 years of DevOps experience within an AWS environment.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++; experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, agentic AI) to improve efficiency and code quality is a plus.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.

The base pay range for this role is $105,000 to $152,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
