Job summary

Divergent Technologies Inc. seeks a DevOps Support Specialist to be the first line of support for our DevOps platform and tooling.

You will triage tickets, assist with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and cloud environments, and maintain our How-To pages in Confluence to keep knowledge accessible. You will work closely with engineering teams, resolve issues, and document root causes while improving automation and self-service options.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in DevOps, IT support, or platform/infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with DevOps lifecycle and associated tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the IT help desk; triage and prioritize tickets.
• Respond to and resolve DevOps infrastructure and tooling requests (CI/CD, source control, containers, cloud).
• Provide hands-on support to business and engineering teams for DevOps tools and access requests.
