The ideal candidate has extensive experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Azure, and security practices, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive reliable, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud engineering.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
• Automation-first mindset with a track record supporting product teams and platform engineering.
• Experience deploying across multiple environments with strategy and attention to risk management.
• Familiarity with product operating models emphasizing outcome ownership and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliable, efficient CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery cycles.
• Define and implement infrastructure as code to ensure environment reproducibility and version control.
• Design multi-environment deployment strategies, including promotion and rollback procedures.
• Build comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions for production environments.
• Embed security best practices into all phases of the delivery pipeline, including scanning and secrets management.
• Collaborate directly with product teams, serving as a trusted platform provider, and incorporate their feedback.
• Automate manual tasks to streamline processes and remove potential errors.
• Ensure work meets the full Definition of Done, including code review, static analysis, and security checks.
