Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced DevOps/Networking specialist to build and maintain infrastructure for software development, deployment, and release. You will enhance automation, security, and reliability across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role emphasizes DNS, DHCP, IPAM expertise, UNIX/Linux, and scripting with REST APIs, Ansible, and Terraform, with responsibilities spanning production support and large‑scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI).
• Experience with REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, and automation.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Imbibe DevOps methodology across the product lifecycle for software components.
• Accelerate software releases while ensuring security and reducing failed releases.
• Improve cycle speed with CI/CD and continuous feedback across environments.
• Assess systems and processes; identify and implement improvements.
• Utilize platform tools and infrastructure to support DevOps practices.
• Support code releases and deployments in production, testing, and sandbox environments.
• Develop automation opportunities to enhance delivery speed and reliability.
• Maintain software development experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript; frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Deep networking knowledge to deploy and operate cloud and on‑premises systems; DNS/DHCP/IPAM focus.
