Qualifications

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop an assigned team of DevOps engineers to achieve focused, timely, and measurable results.
• Own day-to-day delivery execution for DevOps initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Build productive relationships with Software Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and business technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide stakeholder escalation and issue resolution for DevOps delivery, resource, platform, and operational concerns.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with the Director on significant stakeholder escalations and cross-functional transformation efforts.
