360training is hiring a DevOps Manager to lead the build-out of a modern, AI-enabled CI/CD platform. Youll implement the latest delivery practices, including AI-assisted code review, automated risk assessment, intelligent deployment gates, and real-time production verification, while leading a team of DevOps engineers and owning production releases end to end.

Formación

• 7+ years of DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE experience.
• 2+ years leading DevOps or engineering teams.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline building or modernization with measurable results.
• Hands-on AI or LLM-based tooling in software delivery or operations.
• Experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or Harness.
• Strong Azure experience with AKS, containers, or container registries.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep.
• Observability with Datadog, Honeycomb, or Grafana.
• Incident management tools such as PagerDuty or Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and own a modern CI/CD platform used by all engineering teams.
• Integrate AI into the delivery pipeline, including automated code and security review, test generation, change risk scoring, and release decisions.
• Build security and QA into the pipeline, including automated testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Own production deployments and change management with release readiness.
• Implement observability and automated post-deployment verification with rollback.
• Develop dashboards on deployment frequency, lead time, failure rate, and AI adoption.
• Manage and grow a team of DevOps engineers with clear priorities.
• Lead incident response, on-call, root-cause analysis, and patching processes.
• Drive IaC and scalable cloud architecture; collaborate with managed services vendors.
• Help development teams adopt AI coding/testing tools and modern delivery practices.

We're looking for a DevOps Manager to lead the build-out of a modern, AI-enabled CI/CD platform. You'll implement the latest delivery practices, including AI-assisted code review, automated risk assessment, intelligent deployment gates, and real-time production verification, while leading a team of DevOps engineers and owning production releases end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own a modern CI/CD platform used by all engineering teams.
• Integrate AI into the delivery pipeline, including automated code and security review, test generation, change risk scoring, and release decisions.
• Build security and QA directly into the pipeline, including automated testing, code quality checks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls.
• Own production deployments and change management, partnering with development teams on release readiness.
• Implement observability and automated post-deployment verification, with automatic rollback when releases misbehave.
• Build dashboards and metrics on deployment frequency, lead time, failure rate, recovery time, and AI adoption.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting clear priorities and standards.
• Lead incident response, on-call, root-cause analysis, and patching processes.
• Drive infrastructure as code and simple, scalable cloud architecture.
• Partner with managed services providers and other vendors.
• Help development teams adopt AI coding and testing tools and modern delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• 2+ years managing or leading DevOps or engineering teams.
• Proven experience building or modernizing CI/CD pipelines, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or LLM-based tools to software delivery or operations.
• Strong expertise with modern CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or Harness.
• Strong Azure experience, including containers, Kubernetes (AKS) or Azure Container Apps, and container registries.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Honeycomb, or Grafana.
• Experience with incident management tools such as PagerDuty and Jira.
• DevSecOps experience, including code and dependency scanning, secrets management, and access controls.
• Experience integrating automated testing and QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, or MCP integrations in engineering processes.
• Experience rolling out AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code across engineering teams.
• Experience with engineering metrics platforms and DORA metrics.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
• Background in SaaS, e-learning, or e-commerce.
