Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and scale infrastructure supporting medical device software. In this strategic role, you will guide DevOps and Automation Engineers, define roadmaps, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in AWS, IaC tooling, and team management. You will focus on delivering secure, scalable infrastructure and continuous software delivery innovations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, IT automation, or system administration.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3).
• Understanding of security and cloud best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of DevOps and Automation Engineers.
• Define and execute the DevOps roadmap.
• Ensure infrastructure meets regulatory compliance.
