Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis, MO seeks a DevOps Lead to define the DevOps vision and execute it across engineering, product, and security teams. You will align priorities with company goals and drive operational excellence.

You will own cloud infrastructure on Azure, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and promote IaC practices using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Lead building DevOps from the ground up.
• Experience using AI DevOps tools to improve efficiency and software quality.
• Strong hands-on Azure (PaaS/IaaS), AKS, Docker, Terraform, YAML, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Git/GitHub.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and scaling on Azure.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure releases.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform/Ansible, etc.
• Establish SRE practices, dashboards, logs, and blameless post-mortems.
