- Design, develop, test, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and supporting automation for builds, releases, deployments, testing, validation, and delivery activities
- Expand Azure Repos/Git usage for source control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, tagging, version management, automation, and deployable artifacts
- Develop reusable Azure Pipelines templates, tasks, scripts, variables, and deployment patterns
- Implement DevSecOps stage gates and quality gates controlling build, test, release, and deployment workflows
- Integrate functional, regression, integration, security, vulnerability, static-analysis, dependency, and artifact scanning into delivery workflows
- Connect Azure Pipelines with configuration-management, migration, testing, security, release-management, and deployment tools
- Develop scripts, APIs, service hooks, webhooks, and utilities using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other technologies
- Automate validation, packaging, approvals, migrations, deployments, notifications, evidence collection, and post-deployment verification
- Integrate Azure DevOps Boards with development and release workflows for end-to-end traceability
- Use Azure DevOps REST APIs and related capabilities to connect Boards, Repos, Pipelines, testing tools, security tools, and external delivery platforms
- Integrate Azure Pipelines with PeopleSoft migration and release processes, including PHIRE or comparable tools
- Build automated checks for prerequisites, dependencies, artifacts, approvals, configuration, environment readiness, testing, security validation, and deployment results
- Capture test results, security results, logs, deployment status, exceptions, and release evidence in Azure DevOps records
- Support artifact creation, versioning, storage, promotion, and deployment across environments
- Implement logging, error handling, retries, recovery, auditing, and monitoring
- Troubleshoot pipelines, repositories, scripts, APIs, testing, security tools, deployments, authentication, and infrastructure
- Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on secure service connections, identities, credentials, secrets, certificates, network connectivity, and least-privilege access
- Document pipelines, integrations, automation standards, deployment procedures, technical diagrams, and operational guidance
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, backlog refinement, demonstrations, testing, release readiness, and Agile/SAFe activities
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps, DevSecOps, release automation, software engineering, systems integration, or related experience in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with mature DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, especially Azure Repos/Git and Azure Pipelines
- Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CI/CD, release, and deployment pipelines
- Experience with automated stage gates, quality gates, approvals, pipeline controls, and automated testing
- Strong knowledge of Git, repositories, branching, pull requests, merges, tagging, versioning, and code-review workflows
- Experience developing reusable pipeline templates, scripts, tasks, and automation components
- Experience integrating DevOps platforms using REST APIs, service hooks, webhooks, CLIs, or similar mechanisms
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable scripting/programming technologies
