Job summary

Coherent Solutions is seeking a DevOps Deployment Engineer to support deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for a hosted contact center automation platform. You will work with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve release processes across development, testing, and production environments.

The role involves maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and monitoring to ensure reliable performance and scalable deployments, with flexible remote and hybrid

Qualifications

• 1+ years of DevOps or deployment automation experience.
• Hands-on scripting in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with container tech (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• Ability to create clear deployment docs and runbooks.

Project Description

The project focuses on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client’s hosted contact center automation platform. The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting application installations, upgrades, releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production. The role involves close collaboration with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging for production environments.

• ~ Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, preferably AWS;
• ~ Working knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;
