Coherent Solutions is seeking a DevOps Deployment Engineer to help deploy, automate, and maintain our client's hosted contact center automation platform. You will work across development, testing, and production environments with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to optimize pipelines, automation, and monitoring.

You will implement and sustain CI/CD processes, IaC, and scalable deployment solutions using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins, while contributing

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, focusing on deployment automation and infrastructure management.
• Experience writing scripts using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes containers and orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and IaC solutions.
• Plan and coordinate product releases, hot fixes, and service packs across dev, test, and prod environments.
• Improve deployment processes and tooling to make releases faster, more reliable, and scalable.
• Support monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure system health and performance.
• Work with development, QA, and operations to diagnose and resolve deployment issues.
• Create and maintain deployment runbooks and best-practice guides.
