Job summary

Maania is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Herndon, VA to strengthen our automated deployment pipelines. You will work on RHEL/SE Linux administration, build and maintain deployment automation with Red Hat Satellite and Ansible, and resolve issues across the deployment stack.

The role requires experience in Agile environments, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to integrate vendor tools into automated workflows to support scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with RHEL/SE Linux administration and configuration management.
• Deployment and automation using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible.
• Troubleshooting automation and deployment issues.
• Installing and supporting software libraries within a RHEL/SE Linux environment.
• Integrating third-party vendor tools and manual steps into an automated deployment process.
• Developing and executing test plans, including filesystem upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site administrators to implement automated deployment processes.
• Deploy and maintain enterprise deployments using Ansible and Satellite.
• Troubleshoot deployment and automation issues and optimize existing pipelines.
• Integrate third-party tools into automated workflows and ensure reliable rollouts.
