Job summary

IllTip in the United States is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the infrastructure team building the platform behind the operator software for coordinating large groups of uncrewed aerial vehicles. You will ensure rapid, reliable software delivery across customer environments.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code (Terraform), running containerized services on Kubernetes, and implementing monitoring, security, and on‑call tooling.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
• Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Willingness to travel to customer and test sites is required. A defense technology company building autonomous aircraft and command-and-control software for coordinating large groups of uncrewed aerial vehicles. The software needs to ship quickly, run reliably, and be deployable in many different customer environments.
