Summary :

The main function of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs, including mainframe and client/server applications, and major enhancements of existing systems.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
2. Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data requirements.
3. Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications; implement system software and customize to client requirements.
4. Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.
5. Code new programs according to client specifications and create test data for testing.
6. Modify existing programs to meet new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs.
7. Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
8. Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing.
9. Utilize experience with LaunchDarkly, Argo, Artifactory, and GitHub Actions to manage feature flags, workflows, and CI/CD processes.
10. Support build automation efforts to enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
11. Assist in creating documentation and testing procedures for internal tools to ensure functionality.
12. Maintain a basic understanding of the SDLC for mobile and service-based applications.
13. Work with Google Cloud or AWS to help manage and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with troubleshooting, unit testing, programming, and problem resolution in both new and legacy systems.
