Job summary

stanleyreid, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer in Columbia, MD to sustain critical mission-related software and systems. You will support the full development lifecycle from design to deployment in an Agile team.

Responsibilities include building release pipelines, automating deployments, maintaining version control, and setting up new sites with configuration-management tools. TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering methodologies.
• Proficient with Git, Linux, Windows, Agile, Jenkins, Docker, MySQL, and AWS.
• Programming experience in Ruby, C/C++, Go, Python, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Sustain critical mission-related software and systems across the lifecycle.
• Build release pipelines and automate deployments.
• Maintain version control and support Agile teams.
• Set up new sites using configuration management tools and optimize service stacks.
