Unisity, LLC invites a skilled system administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will manage SIGINT platforms, Linux servers, and containerized services, and coordinate with cloud and on-prem environments.

Expect 24/7 on-call readiness, and occasional travel for installations and troubleshooting. Required are a BS in engineering/computer science or 12+ years of related deployments, with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software and system deployments, Linux admin, containers, cloud and DevSecOps.
• 24/7 on-call support availability and willingness to travel for installations and troubleshooting.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, upgrade, install, test, and integrate SIGINT systems and software.
• Perform network design, deployment, and optimization of LAN/CAN/WAN; work with Arista and Cisco gear.
• Provide Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting.
• Build pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab; use Ansible or Terraform; manage Docker and Kubernetes clusters; monitor hybrid environments.

Description:
Responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection, and geo-location systems and software, including prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and lab systems and products.

Perform network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing LAN/CAN/WAN networks.

Work with both Arista and Cisco network devices.

Configure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end components.

Design, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices.

Provide Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash; build and maintain pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab; use Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code; work with Docker and Kubernetes; and manage and monitor hybrid cloud/virtualized environments.

Manage and configure Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies and travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; may substitute four (4) years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps; may substitute two (2) years of experience with a Master of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies.
• Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
