Unisity, LLC is seeking a System Engineer L3 to define and document concepts of operations, operational requirements, use cases, and to lead high‑level system design and test planning for federal contracts.
This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a recognized engineering degree with senior experience, and a commitment to secure, integrated solutions; Maryland site with full benefits including a 12% company contribution to the 401k.

Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development; performing high-level system design; specifying system/component performance and interface requirements; and developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans. Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts. Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements. Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position appropriate security clearance is required, you must have an Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph.
