Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to manage Kubernetes-based platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes monitoring, automation, and secure, compliant operations across Dev/QA/Prod environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AWS, Terraform, and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, with a focus on platform health and incident response.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Expertise in AWS, AWS CDK, and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki for monitoring and observability.
• Knowledge of CATS (Cloud Applications and Technology as a Service) platform.
• Strong understanding of Network Security.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident, problem, and change management across applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and platform health.
• Automate recurring operational tasks and improve MTTR using AI and automation.
• Manage Dev/QA/Prod environments, deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Handle credential rotation, access provisioning, certificates, and compliance activities.
• Support platform onboarding, integrations, and data source configurations.
• Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and platform health reporting.
