The Ladders is seeking a DevOps Engineer IV to build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for reliable software delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. The role emphasizes secure platform practices and AI-assisted productivity.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve observability, incident response, and release execution across environments, while working remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft-based tools.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, and PowerShell.
• Experience with containers such as Azure Container Apps or Docker.

For our client, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer IV to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on building and supporting the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation that enable reliable software delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with engineering and operations teams to improve observability, incident response, and release execution across multiple environments. The position also emphasizes secure platform practices and the practical use of AI tools to increase team productivity and documentation quality.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $195,000 annually
