Job summary

Enlighten is offering an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program for transitioning active-duty military personnel. This internship provides real-world experience aligned with your military skills, focused on DevOps engineering.

The intern will work on automated deployments, cloud infrastructure management using AWS, and CI/CD pipelines, all while benefiting from mentorship from senior leadership.

This hybrid position allows flexibility in working from home and includes training in critical tasks for DevOps success.

Qualifications

• Active-Duty Military ONLY within final 180 days of active-duty service.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Train as a DevOps Engineer focusing on infrastructure and automation.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and EKS.
• Manage and configure Linux-based systems.
