Вы будете устанавливать стандарты DevOps, проектировать высокодоступные решения и отвечать за безопасность и производительность платформы. Роль требует лидерства и сотрудничества с командами разработки.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства DevOps/облачной инженерией и технического лидерства.
• Минимум 2 года опыта Tech Lead и сильные коммуникативные навыки.
• Глубокий опыт AWS и проектирования облачной инфраструктуры.
• Опыт работы с Docker и Kubernetes в продуктивных средах.
• Знание Terraform и Helm для инфраструктуры как кода.
• Опыт настройки CI/CD и мониторинга через Prometheus, Grafana и CloudWatch.
• Администрирование Linux и Bash-скрипты; Git и современные workflows.
• Умение оперативно решать проблемы в сигналах инфраструктуры.

Responsibilities

• Ведет дизайн, реализацию и эволюцию гибридной AWS и локальной инфраструктуры.
• Устанавливает DevOps практики, стандарты и технические решения.
• Проектирует масштабируемую, безопасную и высокодоступную инфраструктуру.
• Автоматизирует Provisioning и конфигурацию через Terraform.
• Управляет контейнеризованными средами Docker, Kubernetes и Helm.
• Разрабатывает и поддерживает CI/CD пайплайны.
• Настраивает мониторинг и наблюдаемость через Prometheus, Grafana и CloudWatch.
• Обеспечивает надежность, производительность, безопасность и масштабируемость платформы.
• Участвует в решении сложных производственных проблем.

Задачи

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure;
• Drive DevOps best practices, standards, and technical decisions across the team;
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform;
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines;
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch;
• Ensure the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform;
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues;
• Collaborate with management, development, and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency;
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers.

Требования

• Extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, including technical leadership experience;
• At least 2 years as a Tech Lead;
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and designing cloud-based infrastructure;
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments;
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform;
• Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications;
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch;
• Strong Linux administration and Bash scripting skills;
• Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
