What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications in compliance with cybersecurity standards
- Collaborate with teams including cybersecurity engineers, cloud architects, and software developers
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment pipelines utilizing Terraform and Ansible
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues and support technical escalation during build, test, and release phases
- Ensure compliance with Navy Cloud Broker policies and contribute to Cybersecurity Risk Management activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Secure Software Delivery roles
- Proficiency with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Ansible
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 control implementations and Navy RMF best practices
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification or higher, and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Docker Certified Associate (DCA)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or comparable certification
- Experience supporting Navy programs or PMW 240 systems
- Familiarity with RAISE 2.0 and container signing requirements
- Experience authoring SSPs and resolving POA&M items
