Qualifications

• Windows deployment tools SCCM and Intune.
• 1+ year of scripting with Bash, Groovy, Python, PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins/JenkinsX.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git or Helm for configuration management.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and provide status updates.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and bug-fix pipelines with emphasis on stability and long-term supportability.
• Automate and maintain the software build process.
• Automate deployment and monitoring of software.
• Create and maintain deployment packages including containers and helm charts.
• Produce clear operational documentation.
• Instruct engineers in group standards and practices.
• Evaluate internal processes for efficiency improvements.
• Support and justify decisions and deliverables.
• Resolve escalations promptly with effective solutions.
