About The Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer II to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will help build and maintain scalable AWS environments using DevOps best practices. You will work closely with development teams to improve service deployment, data movement, and automation, enabling DailyPay to scale its platform efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated infrastructure services including cloud deployments, user access management, and monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with and support development teams to improve their services using shared infrastructure resources
• Ensure services are stable, secure, monitorable, and serviceable
• Continuously improve your knowledge and contribute to the growth and reliability of the platform
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, focusing on scalable, resilient, and secure cloud environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services and configuration
• Familiarity with key AWS components such as CDN, VPC, ASG, ECS, and S3 and how they integrate in a cloud environment
• Experience implementing and managing AWS security tools like Security Groups, WAF, AWS Organizations, and Service Control Policies
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Terraform, Go, Python, JavaScript, or Java (preferred: Terraform, Go, or Python)
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters including lifecycle management, networking (CNI, Ingress), storage, and security hardening
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Interest in building documented, measurable, and self-healing systems
