Immediate need for a talented DevOps Engineer I. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC & Detroit, MI (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Job ID: 25-73005 Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Manage and optimize AWS environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace (preferred) or other monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed in all deployments.
  
  

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Terraform; **Scripting Bash & Python; **Cloud /AWS ECS, Lambda.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Git for version control.
• Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
