Job summary

Mark43 is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to build and scale a public safety platform in the cloud. You will join cross-functional teams to ensure secure, highly available infrastructure and drive reliability across services.

You will manage AWS, implement IaC with Terraform, and create CI/CD pipelines with GitOps using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD. You will also improve observability, build internal tools, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles with strong AWS experience.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and ownership skills.
