Dell GmbH is seeking a Systems Engineer - Federal Customer in Chantilly, VA to design, integrate, validate, and sustain mission-critical infrastructure. The role requires working onsite in a secure environment and maintaining TS/SCI clearance.

You will perform systems analysis, hardware integration, power and environmental considerations, testing, and documentation, coordinating with security, network, and field teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and support system integration efforts.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, validation, or lab/test activities.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure operational environment.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.

Systems Engineer - Federal Customer (Chantilly, VA)

Job summary

The Systems Engineering professional supports Dell Mission Operations by designing, integrating, validating, and sustaining technical infrastructure required for mission operations. This role is responsible for systems analysis, hardware integration, power and environmental considerations, test support, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate brings engineering depth, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to translate requirements into resilient, supportable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support system design, requirements analysis, and technical solution development
• Integrate and validate hardware, infrastructure, and subsystem components
• Develop or execute test plans, procedures, and technical evaluations
