What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development
- Manage multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring metadata deployments are synchronized and consistent
- Implement strategies for quick data and metadata restoration in case of deployment failures
- Provide technical support and training to the development team on CI/CD best practices
- Document DevOps code promotion, best practices, and environment configurations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of DevSecOps experience with cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools
- 3+ years managing multiple Salesforce applications and environments
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidate must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Own Backup and Restore is a plus
- Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools including Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Copado Fundamentals I and II certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred
