Job summary

Toyota Connected Plano, TX is seeking a DevOps Engineer to create, maintain, support, and improve complex cloud operations for cutting edge microservice based platforms. You will work with DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, Agile Delivery Leads, and Technical Product Managers who drive innovation in mobility and safety.

The role focuses on automating CI/CD, IaC, and multi-region networking while maintaining security and high availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps or software engineering in production.
• Terraform IaC experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization expertise.
• Experience with AWS cloud.
• Ability to implement security and cost controls.
• Familiarity with monitoring (Datadog) and logs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Automate and maintain complex cloud operations.
• Lead IaC reviews and CI/CD improvements.
• Manage multi-region/multi-cloud networking and security.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Mentor junior engineers and run on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with software and product teams to drive reliability.
