Job summary

Sulekha.com New Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a DevOps Engineer to bridge development and operations, owning automation across the software and infrastructure lifecycle. You will drive provisioning, CI/CD, deployments, cloud platforms, monitoring, and observability while delivering secure, reliable, and scalable services.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, IaC automation, container orchestration, and proactive incident response, with mentorship of junior engineers and collaboration

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional DevOps/SRE experience.
• Strong hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, observability.
• Solid cloud networking and security fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines and cloud infra.
• Improve reliability via automation and proactive monitoring.
• Support high-availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform RCAs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and deployment efficiency.
