ITMC Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to join onsite in Pittsburgh, working with cloud platforms and automation.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage CI/CD pipelines, and container workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring security, observability, and cost controls while collaborating with client stakeholders. Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with strong DevOps, cloud, and automation background.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent tool.
• Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in Linux, Git, and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and cloud access controls knowledge.
• Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or cloud-native tools.
• Experience with production troubleshooting, incident management, release controls, and recovery procedures.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled apps or deploying AI services, with secure credentials and observability.
• Using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude for engineering/automation.
• Stable employment history with growth in skills/responsibilities or leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate operational risks clearly with client stakeholders.
• Onsite availability five days per week in Pittsburgh, PA.

Work Arrangement:

Onsite five days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the Pittsburgh client location.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including substantial hands-on DevOps, cloud, and automation experience.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or an equivalent tool.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, Git, and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and cloud access controls.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or cloud-native equivalents.
• Experience with production troubleshooting, incident management, release controls, and recovery procedures.
• Practical experience supporting AI‑enabled applications or deploying AI services, including secure credentials, observability, and cost controls.
• Practical use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude for engineering and automation.
