ConductorAI is seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to design and deploy configurations across environments, including air-gapped networks. You will shape system architecture, build CI/CD pipelines, and optimize Helm charts for on-site and hybrid deployments of large models and services.
You will influence strategy, work with partners and senior stakeholders, and help drive accreditation efforts (FedRAMP, IL5/IL6).

You’ll help build and deploy different configurations of our application into a variety of environments, including numerous air-gapped classified networks. You’ll contribute to defining and improving our system architecture, building out CI/CD pipelines, writing and improving Helm charts, and informing our deployment strategy. You’ll have an opportunity to shape how we ship code into highly sensitive environments, and to confront interesting infrastructure problems around deploying LLMs and other large models efficiently and robustly. You’ll help drive our system’s numerous accreditations, including FedRAMP, IL5, IL6, and beyond. We are seeking an engineer with a generalist skillset and attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness and ability to take ownership of hard problems. You’ll be working on a small tight knits technical team, with the opportunity to help define and mature our architecture and processes as we grow.
The base salary range for this role is between $180K-$240K with the opportunity for significant equity. However, this is just an estimate - starting pay will be based on a number of factors, including qualifications & experience.
