Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery across the organization. You will implement automation, manage deployments, and improve system reliability in a modern .NET environment with containers and Kubernetes.

You'll configure Octopus Deploy, Git-based workflows, Docker registries, and monitoring/observability tools to support scalable, secure operations and faster release cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Automate builds, testing, packaging, deployment, validation, and rollback processes.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Octopus Deploy environments, templates, and workflows.
• Manage Git-based workflows using Bitbucket and GitHub, including branching strategies and permissions.
• Support build, deployment, and operation of modern .NET applications, APIs, services, and background processes.
• Develop and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments; ensure security and compliance.
• Implement application monitoring, centralized logging, performance tracking, and alerting.
