Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a DevOps engineer with a software development background who enjoys building a performant CI/CD stack and improving developer productivity. You will own the CI/CD pipeline, advocate for quality, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to streamline workflows.

You’ll work with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM), Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana), and tooling to keep deployments reliable, observable, and scalable across our global

Qualifications

• Solid background in Linux and systems administration.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Ruby, JavaScript or Python.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Route53, etc.).
• Telemetry/monitoring experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Own the CI/CD stack and ensure it is robust, observable, and performant.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve development tools and workflows.
• Maintain strong connection to product and contribute to feature development.
• Research, implement, and develop tooling to help developers write new code.
• Ensure CI/CD processes are reliable and consistent.
