Job summary

Indica Labs, a leading developer of digital pathology software, is hiring an exempt DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on owning and modernizing our CI/CD pipeline and supporting QA environments across Windows and Linux.

You will migrate from on‑prem to AWS, maintain build servers, and collaborate with development and SQA teams to ensure secure, scalable release infrastructure. Hybrid in-office work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, IAM) and Windows/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of security and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own and modernize the CI/CD pipeline, migrating from on‑prem to AWS.
• Maintain build servers and container images, diagnose release issues.
• Provision and harden SQA test environments and deploy software.
• Collaborate with development, SQA, Cloud Services and Solutions teams.
• Support ongoing build reliability, security, and scalability.
