• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer, or system administrator for production web applications.
• 4+ years of experience with Windows Server, Linux, Domain Controllers, SQL Server, and IIS.
• 4+ years of experience with CI / CD, including Jenkins, Github Actions, Nexus, or Artifactory.
• 4+ years of experience with scripting or programming, including PowerShell or C#.
• Experience with DoD STIGs, ATO, or RMF.
• Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Cloud, including AWS or Azure.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, patch, secure, operate, and monitor production environments and related test and development environments.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines, scripts, and tooling to modernize automation and streamline deployments.
• Monitor systems and coordinate with teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Provide end-user training, support feature previews, and maintain documentation for production and non-production environments.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on deployment, operations, and automation of a web-based SaaS solution used by thousands of organizations.You’ll be responsible for executing deployments, configuration, patching, security, operations and monitoring of production environments, Dev and Test environments, end-user training, and feature preview environments.
