Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. You’ll guide a team and translate requirements into production-ready software across backend and frontend.

You’ll work with Java/.NET/C#, Python or Go, microservices, RESTful APIs, React, Kafka, containers, and CI/CD. A Secret clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development including backend and services, with lead/senior experience.
• Experience in server-side languages (Java, .NET/C#, Python, or Go) including microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores, and with messaging/streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Frontend experience with React to enable cross-stack contributions.
• Proficiency with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
