Job summary

A Augeo DevOps Engineer will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Augeo's CI/CD pipelines, container infrastructure, cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices across multiple engineering platforms. You will work on automation, security, and AI-driven operations to enhance the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and AWS deployment targets.
• Exposure to container tooling (Podman) and ECS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of security scanning and compliance practices (SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Understanding of networking basics in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple platforms (AWE, Encore, ColdFusion).
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Manage container deployments using Podman and Amazon ECS, including registry management and auto‑scaling.
• Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Write PowerShell/automation scripts for provisioning and operational tasks.
• Support security compliance checks and remediation workflows (SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS).
• Participate in incident response and production reliability practices.
• Apply AI-powered operations tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring.
• Help build AI agents to accelerate DevOps workflows (security scanning, deployment validation).
• Collaborate across teams to align DevOps best practices across AWE, Encore, and ColdFusion platforms.
