Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a DevOps Engineer 3. The work will be performed on a hybrid schedule, with 2 days onsite per week in Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Peoria, IL; or Broomfield, CO, with additional onsite attendance as requested. This is a long-term position with potential for permanent employment with our client. Compensation offers up to 80/hr W2 + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).

Job Summary

The DevOps Engineer 3 will support cloud infrastructure, software development, and deployment initiatives across multiple digital engineering teams. This role focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), IAM management, and cloud-based AI/MLOps services. The engineer will collaborate with development teams to design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot scalable cloud solutions while maintaining security, reliability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is an experienced DevOps professional with strong AWS expertise, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges independently.

Key Responsibilities
