Qualifications

• Scale production resources efficiently while ensuring resilience and cost awareness.
• Design, implement and continuously improve tooling and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security and Platform stakeholders to embed reliability by design.

Team and context

You’ll work within a DevOps team currently composed of 4 engineers, reporting to the Engineering Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with 300+ engineers to define and elevate performance, reliability and observability standards across the organization. You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary product teams (Frontend & Backend), working closely with another DevOps Engineer and an Application Security Engineer. This is a high-impact role: you’re joining early and will help shape how reliability works at scale.

Offices

The company's HQ are in Paris, but the whole Tech team is remote-first. You are thus free to work from wherever you want in Europe.

You’ll be part of a vibrant social community : we do lots of sports together (Foot, running, climbing...), we love to hang out and have a drink together (thursday afterwork drinks on our rooftop is a usual thing. Twice-a-year we do company seminars, last time we went on a trip to Centerparcs and it was fabulous !)
