The ideal candidate will improve deployment processes, monitor systems, and collaborate across teams to drive reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Professional experience in technology operations, systems engineering, or software engineering.
• Experience supporting complex application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting.
• Experience working with modern software development and infrastructure tools.
• Ability to understand interactions between applications, systems, and supporting technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership of issues from investigation through resolution.
