Caveonix is currently seeking a DevOps engineer. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties:

•The DevOps Engineer will work closely with the software development, product, and managed

services teams to scale and maintain our fast-growing SaaS production platform.

•The DevOps Engineer will also participate in the design and development of monitoring solutions and automations to aid deployments and bug fixes to production environments, conduct

capacity planning and provisioning of infrastructure to support the Caveonix Cloud platform, our leading security and compliance SaaS solution for the multi and hybrid cloud.

Monitor Caveonix Production SaaS infrastructure for performance and reliability to maintain

• Design, build, and maintain deployment pipelines and automation scripts.

• Innovate new ways to improve day-to-day operations, monitoring, and response.

• Work in a CI/CD agile environment with a dedicated team of engineers and technologies

including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Packer, Ansible, Nginx, Java, Postgres, and more.

Requirements:

• MS, Computer, computer science, or a related field or equivalent.
• Scripting languages (i.e. Python, Bash), TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SQL and MySQL/Postgres (pref NoSQL i.e. Redis).
• AWS or other cloud services, Pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, AWS CloudFormation or Terraform Scripts, Linux in AWS public cloud, CI/CD concepts, Ansible or other configuration mgmt / automation, containerization (pref Kubernetes).
